Curated by Lorenzo Michelli in collaboration with Vanja Strukelj, the \u201cArtista + Artista. Visioni contemporanee\u201d (\u201cArtist + Artist. Contemporary visions\u201d) show at the Spazzapan Gallery<\/a> in Gradisca d\u2019Isonzo (near Gorizia) is part of a broader exhibition project focusing on self-portraits and artist portraits, which was promoted and developed in 2022 by ERPAC FVG<\/a> (the Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Cultural Heritage Organization).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was asked by ERPAC FVG to contribute to the photography side of the exhibition catalogue published by Skira Editore. The pictures accompanying the copy present the works on show and the exhibition design. There are also photographs chronicling site-specific events that took place before the exhibition: during two interesting days of \u201cworkshops\u201d, the curator and artists discussed matters relating to the concept of self-portraits and artist portraits. The global vision made the artists part of the project as a whole, engaging them in aspects such as the relationships forged with the other participants and the promoters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
